Price Info

Ballinderry is a very popular location for families, couples or contractors looking for a central location in Northern Ireland to work, rest or play.

Being self-catering the price can work out very competitive when compared to a price per night, per room alternative, as weeks are sold as one price.

An all-inclusive price!

I don’t believe in surprise costs, so the whole price covers:

  • Electricity
  • Wi-fi
  • Oil for underfloor heating
  • Bed linen

So, no hidden extras!

The low season runs from October – February with the exception of Christmas which is a high demand period.

The mid season operates in September and from March – June with the exception of Easter which is high season rate.

HIGH SEASON £645 per week

The high season runs from July – August and key school holiday times throughout the year.  During this time demand will be high so book early to avoid disappointment.

The cottage is available to rent for shorter periods, so please contact me directly with your requirements and I will let you know about availability and cost.
